Officials suspect the man visited multiple vaccination centers on Friday, and was likely paid for the shots in order to make it appear that they were fully vaccinated.

There was a 91-year-old man in Ohio who accidentally received two COVID-19 vaccine doses in one day, which caused him to go into shock, according to Live Science. He recovered from the multiple shots."
