Eftir smá brás, fann ég þá merkilegu staðreynd að 3-11% þegna að meðaltali fá flensuna á hverju ári. Ef svo er, þá eru 97-89% sem fá hana ekki.

Það er kannski skýringin af hverju menn vilja fletja kúrvuna nú með blásaklaust afbrigði, sem ella gæti klárað að koma á  hjarðónæmi á manuði.

Eini munurinn á þessu og venjulegri slæmri umgangspest er að þetta smitast margfalt hraðar, sem er gott.

Um 4% hafa veikst af þessu hér á tveim árum, sem stemmir ansi vel. Í versta falli eigum við 6% eftir, sem með núverandi smithraða gæti klárast í mars miðað við 200+ smit á dag.

Vandinn er ekki hversu hratt þetta smitast eða hve hratt þetta gengur yfir.

Vandinn er Ríkið.  Það stjórnar því hvort öllu er skellt í lás eða ekki.

Vandinn er að sannfæra fólk um að hætta að gera sem ríkip segir, og fara að hegða sér eins og normalt fólk aftur.

Það er barátta uppávið, með miklum mótvind.
