C: Ríkið sóar almannafé í einhverja útlendinga sem enginn veit hverjir eru eða hvað vilja, og segja þar með landsmönnum að þeir séu ekki einu sinni þriðja flokks.  Bara borga.  Fokk ísland, fokk íslendingar, segja þeir.

Og svo framvegis.

Ég sé fyrir mér sniðugts sæopp sem Rússar gætu gert, sér til skemmtunar og yndisauka.  Í boði íslenska ríkisins og heimsku þegnanna, að sjálsögðu.

Þeir eru nú þegar búnir að ná í lista yfir alla skotvopnaeigendur á Íslandi.  Það er rafrænt, svo því er auðvelt að stela í einum rykk á svona korteri.  Gaurinn sem sér um kerfið þarf ekki nema bregða sér frá til að míga, og það er komið.  Það eru aðrar leiðir, jafn einfaldar, en flækjum málið ekki of mikið.

Ofaná það bætist öfundin, og allir vita að öfund, ótti og heimska er mjög gott kombó.  Af hverju fá ÞESSI gaurar vodka og kavíar en ekki við hin?  Hugsar fólk.  Í framhaldi af þessu fara að koma kærur um hina og þessa nafngreinda menn á rölti með ryksugur í hernaðarlegum tilgangi.

En lögreglan getur nátturlega ekki sinnt nema litlum hluta þeirra mála, vegna allra hinna ryksugu-tengu málanna.

Á meðan geta raunverulegir glæpamenn vaðið uppi.

Það verður úlfúð, það verður gremja.  Fjöldi fólks mun ekki þora úr húsi vegna ótta við ryksugur.  Andúð á ríkinu eykst út í hið ómögulega.

Ofaná þetta fá allir þingmenn skitu af ótta, og þeir munu ekki skynja sín mistök, né mistök fyrirrennara sinna, og þeir munu auka á vandamálið með einhverjum flóknum lögum.

Það mun ekki verða hægt að fá ryksugu eftir þetta.

Og þegar allir þingmenn eru örðir frávita af ótta við Rússa og ryksugur, þá geta Rússar sett menn í að hringja í ráðuneytin og fá þau til að senda pening hingað og þangað.  Og Þingmenn og ráðuneytisstjórar munu borga, slík er ryksugu-ógnin.  Ríkið mun selja allt Ísland til að borga það sem um er beðið.

Og þannig verður þjóðar-gjaldþrot.  2008 verður barnaleikur í samanburðinum.

Rússar græða milljarða með sáralitlu erfiði.  Þeir geta notað mannskap sem er í fríi í þetta, og það verður litið á þessa aðgerð sem frí af þeim sem taka þátt í henni.

Við töpum öllu.  Öllum peningunum, öllum eignunum, öllum ryksugunum.

Sama hvernig á það er litið, kemur þessi bardagi for-tapaður.  Íslenska ríkið hefur gjörsigrað sjálft sig.  Það er mjög auðvelt að sigra andstæðing með svona sterka sjálfseyðpingarhvöt.

"I was surprised to encounter in the book two stories in which the author uncovered real conspiracies to hide information about Covid from the public. 

Ariely, a professor of psychology at Duke University, played a bit part in promoting Covid lockdowns around the world. By his own description, he worked 

…on projects related to Covid-19 with the Israeli government and a bit with the British, Dutch, and Brazilian governments as well…I was mostly working to try to get the police to use rewards to incentivize good mask-wearing behavior and observance of social distancing instead of using fines… (p. 4) 

The first genuine conspiracy he describes involved the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) manipulating data in the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).

The second involved a newspaper editor-in-chief refusing to report about vaccine side effects observed by a hospital. The author reports these situations matter-of-factly, and even gives the conspirators the benefit of the doubt, saying maybe they did the right thing! 

Let’s look at the VAERS conspiracy (recounted on pp. 274-276). Ariely says he got this information directly from a person who works “in the information technology department of the FDA.” The agency, according to the story, determined that: 

…foreign powers, mostly Russian and Iranian, had found a way to spread disinformation using VAERS. So when the FDA identified cases that had clearly come from such sources, it removed them from the system…

Not only did it delete this data, but it did so silently."
